The half day mediation package includes:

• Phone Intake between the mediator and each party prior to Mediation (1 hour)

• Mediation up to 3 hours via video conferencing.

• Any additional time required over 3 hours charged at $330 (being $165 per party) per hour or part thereof.

• Section 60I Certificate if required (applicable to parenting mediations only).

The full day mediation package includes:

• Phone Intake between the mediator and each party prior to Mediation (1 hour)

• Mediation up to 7 hours (allowing for breaks) via video conferencing.

• Any additional time required over 3 hours charged at $330 (being $165 per party) per hour or part thereof.

• Section 60I Certificate if required (applicable to parenting mediations only).

Please note: the above pricing is based on a 2 party mediation conducted via video conferencing. Amended fees apply, if there are more than 2 parties to a mediation or if the mediation is required in person.
