At Olive Mediation, we offer both full and half day mediations services throughout Australia by way of video conferencing.
We also can also offer face to face mediation services on the Central Coast where suitable.
Mediation Fees (Half Day)
Our half day mediation package includes:
Phone Intake between the mediator and each party prior to Mediation (up to 1 hour)
Mediation up to 3 hours via video conferencing.
Any additional time required over 3 hours charged at $330 (being $165 per party) per hour or part thereof.
Section 60I Certificate if required (applicable to parenting mediations only).
Mediation Fees (Full Day)
Our full day mediation package includes:
Phone Intake between the mediator and each party prior to Mediation (1 hour)
Mediation up to 7 hours (allowing for breaks) via video conferencing.
Any additional time required over 3 hours charged at $330 (being $165 per party) per hour or part thereof.
Section 60I Certificate if required (applicable to parenting mediations only).
Please Note:
Our mediation pricing is based on a 2 party mediation conducted via video conferencing. Amended fees apply, if there are more than 2 parties to a mediation or if the mediation is required in person.
We do recommend that a half day property mediation is only booked where the balance sheet is already agreed between the parties. If there are balance sheet items to be discussed, we do recommend a full day property mediation is booked.
